Develop detailed 2D/3D architectural and engineering layouts in AutoCAD and Revit for hospital surgical suites, CSSD units, and critical care layouts. Prepare equipment layouts, utility wall sections, and MEP coordination drawings.

Spearhead institutional healthcare project sales, liaising with private hospital managements, trust hospital boards, medical colleges, and government health bodies for turnkey OT, Cath Lab, and ICU infrastructure projects.

Analyze hospital tender inquiries and RFPs, formulate technical and commercial proposals, create Bill of Quantities (BoQs), coordinate with specialist OEM vendors, and assemble comprehensive project bid packages.

Connect with clinics, hospitals, and surgeons across Maharashtra. Drive product awareness, generate medical equipment leads, coordinate marketing campaigns, and participate in regional healthcare exhibitions.

Handle daily operations on government e-procurement portals (GeM, state tenders) and private healthcare portals. Download tender documents, track bid deadlines, prepare checklist documents, and assist senior tender managers.

Support on-site medical equipment testing, biomedical instrumentation calibration, and MEP alignment. Work under senior project managers on live modular surgical complexes and clinical training centers.

Drive sales for Redwood medical and specialized healthcare furniture, ICU beds, doctor consulting suites, and ergonomic clinic furnishings. Pitch to hospital administration, interior consultants, and nursing directors.

Manage day-to-day accounts, vendor invoices, project billing, bank reconciliations, GST compliance documentation, and project financial records in Tally/ERP for our turnkey healthcare projects.
