Healthcare Scientific successfully designed, engineered, and executed the Yogya Clinical Skill Laboratory for various Government Ayurvedic Medical College under the Directorate of Ayush, Maharashtra State, aligning with National Medical Commission (NMC) competency-based medical education guidelines. This modern facility provides a safe, simulated environment for hands-on training in critical clinical procedures, significantly reducing the reliance on live patients and enhancing overall patient safety. The lab incorporates high-fidelity manikins, advanced simulation modules, interactive software, real-time performance monitoring systems, and an immersive Virtual Dissection Table ensuring students gain practical proficiency before entering real clinical settings.
• Conducted needs assessment and gap analysis to understand training requirements under NMC’s CBME guidelines.
