Healthcare Scientific successfully designed, engineered, and executed the Yogya Clinical Skill Laboratory for various Government Ayurvedic Medical College under the Directorate of Ayush, Maharashtra State, aligning with National Medical Commission (NMC) competency-based medical education guidelines. This modern facility provides a safe, simulated environment for hands-on training in critical clinical procedures, significantly reducing the reliance on live patients and enhancing overall patient safety. The lab incorporates high-fidelity manikins, advanced simulation modules, interactive software, real-time performance monitoring systems, and an immersive Virtual Dissection Table ensuring students gain practical proficiency before entering real clinical settings.
• Conducted needs assessment and gap analysis to understand training requirements under NMC’s CBME guidelines.
- • Defined scope and objectives: Establish a complete simulation-based skill lab for clinical procedures.
- • Developed a feasibility report and budget plan, aligning infrastructure requirements with educational goals.
Outcome: Concept finalized and approved by the client with a roadmap for execution.
• Created detailed layouts for skill lab zones: CPR training, airway management, trauma simulation, and interactive learning stations.
- • Designed ergonomic and technology-integrated interiors to optimize workflow for students and instructors.
- • Integrated IT and AV systems for interactive learning and real-time feedback.

• Sourced high-fidelity simulation manikins and trainers for adult, pediatric, and neonatal training.
